I've read the document attached and I understand where you are coming from. I know of the issues we are having during these awful times but sometimes we can only hope for the best. The people of Boston are remarkable and can come together during times of need. All we need to do is speak with them and explain our situation. I have known of the recent calamity that has been caused in the streets of our great city. There is nothing we can do about it but hold our heads high and keep up with this disguise of pleasantries. You are new to your position, there are things you must understand. For starters we can not just go against the great Mayor of our city. In doing so, we cause great confusion and misunderstanding.
