![]() May 6th, 2016 From the desk of Ella Franklin:While I have been with this company for going on two years, I believe my time has come to explore other options within my professional career. It is witdsaf a yI see Dierderich Motor Company expanding and growing far beyond their current immense success within the marketplce, and I have no doubt in my mind that the Consumer Reports forthcoming will be full of glowing reviews. I strongly believe that the product we have been working towards, in at least the last two years that I have been working here, has been the highest quality and there is a lot to be said in that alone. It has been a pleasure working with you and my amazing and hardworking team over the last two years. One of the highlights of my career was collaborating with you to streamline the Diererich Motor Company Customer Service Division, ensuring that our loyal customers were serviced correctly the first time around, and increasing customer satisfaction by forty percent. I am going to be spending this transition time to travel the world and explore what wonders it has to offer. I have appreciated the time to grow with this company, and the relationships I have formed with those who I have worked closely with over the years. I have never encountered a group of dedicated employees driven by their passion and the ultimate result, and I cannot imagine that I would experience the same work place environment anywhere else I would be employed. It has truly been a joy to watch you all grow, to listen to the daily trivia at morning line up, and to blow off steam with corn holl tournaments in the hallway. I would like to help with the transition of my accounting duties so that systems continue to function smoothly after my departure. I am available to help recruit and train my replacement, and I will make certain that all reporting and records are updated before my last day of work. I wish you and your staff all the best and I look forward to staying in touch with you. You can email me anytime at efranklin@gmail.com or call me at 555-555-5555.
